For their 2019 Annual Report, Maynilad chose to focus on their resiliency as an organization amidst the various challenges that came their way during that year. The company delivered no matter what came their way, thus, showing their resiliency.

The concept was visualized via the cover of a hard-working Maynilad employee locked-in on his finishing his job, amidst all the water splashing towards him via the water contraption he was fixing.
