How do you turn two powerful speeches into a book? This project was a fun challenge as I had to find ways to creatively visualize multi-awarded television personality Boy Abunda’s notable TEDxADMU and graduation speeches on his life as a proud gay man and devoted son.

To do this, I used a series of creative typography to enable the text to embody the character of the speeches. Subtle illustrations at times were added to complement the typographic renders.

The book was a certified hit, and was on the National Book store best-seller for a time.
